Baldness Solution

Friday, March 27th, 2009

Please not another gob of hair in the drain! That can be so depressing especially when you remove it with your fingers and look at it.  It is so mortifying. You try to pretend that it is from another person who showered before you, but your brain wont accept the idea. All you can do now is to toss it in the toilet and flush it down with the thousand other follicles.Does this sound familiar to you? I watched my father do it for years, but it didnt seem to bother him as much as it does to other people. I admit that it bothered me. I searched high and low for effective baldness treatment. Why lose your hair if you dont have to? Its time to fight for that head fuzz and your self- esteem!

I have seen a lot of reality medical shows that depict a man getting hair plugs. I know that you may have seen that before. “Dr. 90210″ is popular these days. The procedure itself looks painful. I mean come on! There’s got to be a better treatment for baldness than that. They have this tool that punch holes in your scalp. OUCH! I8 mean I love my hair BUT I dont love it that much. There are other baldness treatments available that indeed requires less blood loss. Take Rogaine and Propecia for example. These are two of the most widely accepted baldness treatments on the market nowadays. The cool thing about the said remedies is that they do not require surgical procedures. Lets stick with the topical medications. Now, just so you know, Rogaine is not 100 percent effective. It typically works for just a third of the people who use it. Men and women use this treatment. A friend of mine used it and was stoked that it grew his missing hair back.

Prevention is even better than resorting to baldness treatments. Think about it. how old are you now? How much hair is currently in your head? Im sure you want to keep it! The last thing you want is to lose more. So why not get preventive baldness treatments? Hair products with DHT blockers the rage now because they work to keep all the hair that you currently have. Stop the fall-out.

If youre a woman, hair loss is on your list you dont want as a problem. When you see too much hair coming out with every brushing, it alarms you very much. It is a calamity! What can be done to stop it? You first need to educate yourself on the causes of hair loss in women. You’ll want to identify the cause in your own case so that you can address this trauma.

In the united States, varied estimates show that 15-80% of women who experience significant hair loss as early as age 40 often attributes to normal aging. With statistics like these, lets take a look at several common causes of hair loss in women see what you can do to reverse this unacceptable condition.

Some experts say that a common cause is due to our use of tints, dye and bleaches. Frequent use of the products can weaken the hair, making it brittle and prone to breakage or loss. Another is the overuse of hairdryers which strips off the natural oils in your hair.

Tight curlers, tightly pulled ponytails and the wrong hair brush can cause a disaster on your hair.

If these hair loss causes fits your profile, simply avoid them for a while. Use a good conditioner, the right hair brush and a once-a-monthe mayonnaise treatment massaged and left for half an hour in your hair under a shower cap is also known to make your hair grow faster.

Stress, certain medications, hormone fluctuations and diet also contributes to hair loss. Teens and women entering menopause may experience this type of hair loss. It is temporary and can be reversed by correcting the causes. Consult with a pharmacist to see if any medications you are taking may relate to your hair loss. Practice relaxation techniques to battle your stress. Eat a balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables daily. Brewer’s yeast, nuts and wheat germ are high in protein which helps strenghthen your hair.

Another temporary cause of hair loss in women are stressful sigle events such as giving birth, undergoing a surgery or simply shock. In cases like these, hair regrowth can be expected in 2-4 months after your stressful event.
You may be surprised to learn that most cases of permanent hair loss is due to excess sebum at the hair root, which blocks growth of new hair. Even this condition can be remedied. It can take up to a year, depending on your case, to show good results. Many dermatologists recommend spirulina, applied topically as an extract to the scalp.

Its a good idea to see a dermatologist to have your condition assessed. Fortunately, there are a number of ways to address hair loss problem which will result in healthy hair growth.
